On Friday 10th March our P1 to P. 7 children embarked on a sponsored walk for Action MS in the Ormeau Park.
It was a great day which all the children thoroughly enjoyed. The response from all our parents, carers and wider school community has been phenomenal.
To date we have raised over £4000. We will inform you of our final total once it is finalised.
MS can be a debilitating disease affecting mainly young adults. However, with the right assistance, those affected can manage their illness, continue to support their families and lead fulfilling lives.
We would like to thank all our parents and wider school community for your support and amazing response to this effort.
We also look forward to welcoming Lisa from Action MS back to SJB for our special assembly on Friday 28th April to reward the children for their outstanding contribution to this worthy cause.
