The children from P5KB have been involved in a very special intergenerational learning project set up with Ballyowen Centre and Carmel Garvey of Art Care. After four weeks of practice and getting to know each other the children and residents performed their group dance in front of an audience in Ballyowen. A massive thank you to all involved.Our children and the elderly residents of our community wholly enjoyed the initiative. The whole class are looking forward to returning to sing carols in a fortnight for their new friends.
