We had a great day with the Health Action Heroes from Action Cancer learning lots of things for having a healthy body and mind.
The Health Action Schools Programmes, supported by Centra, are designed to improve knowledge of health and encourage pupils to take ownership of their lifestyle choices.
The Health Action Heroes is a fun, interactive programme and is based on the Health Action Heroes story book.
Pupils learn about the 4 Golden Rules to stay healthy and complete activities based on these.
