Radius Housing and Young Enterprise are working with P.5 on a Shared Education Project this term with Taughmonagh Primary School. The project is called "Our Community"
The Shared Education Project is being funded by Radius Housing as part of a wider programme of community engagement and educational outreach associated with the redevelopment of the former Visteon factory site which will see the creation of 244 new high quality social and affordable homes in the Blacks Road/Finaghy Road North area. This ambitious regeneration project will also create commercial employment space, a purpose built community facility and extensive, high quality open space provision.

We hope that the children of St John the Baptist PS and Taughmonagh PS will come together on a number of occasions (as they progress through P5 P6 and P7)to undertake the shared learning modules below, which relate to the work of Radius and the redevelopment of the former Visteon site.

The children had a super time working with Bronagh from Radius Housing on Wednesday on the first stage of their project.
